At The Neurology Center, each patient is treated as an unique individual in order to maximize their potential for recovery from stroke. Many of our physicians see patients both in the hospital and outpatient at our clinics. At the hospitals, our physicians provide consultative services to the hospital staff and serve as the primary care for patients in the inpatient rehabilitation units.
After being discharged from the hospital, patients are instructed to follow up with our providers in our outpatient clinic. The hospitalists on call communicate closely with providers in the clinic to ensure a detailed plan of care. They work together to properly address the rehabilitation needs of the stroke patient and implement the best treatment plan.
Our physicians are on staff at the following hospitals:
- Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside
- Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas
- Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla
- Palomar Medical Center Escondido
- Palomar Medical Center Poway
