Arthur Omuro, D.O.

Dr. Omuro is board-certified in Neurology as well as Vascular Neurology (Stroke) by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. After receiving his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bradenton he completed his residency at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. In pursuit of advancing his knowledge of stroke to provide optimal patient care, he completed a clinical fellowship in Vascular Neurology at the University of California, Irvine.

Dr. Omuro joined The Neurology Center as a Neurohospitalist who provides neurologic care to admitted patients in hospitals. With his sub-specialization in Vascular Neurology he is able to provide comprehensive and evidence-based care to all stroke patients. He places significant emphasis on patient/family education to promote awareness, understanding, and maximize stroke prevention.
