COVID-19 Update

To our patients: We hope you are staying safe and healthy. In order to maintain your safety, we have put the following practice policies in place:

  • Tele-visits (video visit) appointments are available to you.

  • Our staff and providers wear masks at all times.

  • Temperatures will be taken at check-in with our non-contact forehead thermometer.

  • Cleaning and sanitation protocols for all patient contact areas have been put in place to reduce the risk of transmission.

  • Pre-screening questions for COVID and symptoms we feel may be relevant will be discussed by telephone prior to appointment.

  • Patients are required to wear a mask during their visit.

  • We will attempt to limit your time in the office for your safety and the safety of our staff.

  • Please do not bring a family member or friend into the office at your next appointment unless you are a minor or require a caregiver or there is a medical necessity to have an accompanying person in the office.
