Tae Gun (Daniel) Jin, D.O., M.S.

I was born in Korea and moved to Southern California when I was 10 years old. Over the years, my journey has taken me through San Francisco/Bay Area and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I completed my medical training. These experiences shaped both my perspective as a physician and my commitment to caring for patients with complex neuromuscular and rehabilitation needs.

My primary specialty is in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and fellowship-trained in Neuromuscular Medicine. My clinical interests include electromyography (EMG), neuromuscular ultrasound, spasticity management, and comprehensive neurorehabilitation. I enjoy working with patients to create individualized care plans that improve function, comfort, and quality of life.

Outside of medicine, I am a proud father of three young children. Much of my time is happily spent with my family, whether it’s playing tennis, exploring Southern California, or simply enjoying the day-to-day moments of parenthood.
