Dr. Madhav is double board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Pain Medicine. Dr. Madhav received his doctorate in medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in 2010 after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Neurobiology at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Madhav completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of South Florida, where he served as a Chief Resident. He remained on board to complete an ACGME accredited lnterventional Pain Medicine fellowship in 2015. Dr. Madhav then went on to practice at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Fresno CA, and served as the Director of the Chronic Pain Division at their Spine and Pain Center for 3 years.

Dr. Madhav is an expert in providing interventional treatments for cancer, neurological and musculoskeletal pain, using fluoroscopically/ultrasound guided nerve and ganglion blocks, radiofrequency ablation, vertebral augmentation for spinal compression fractures, surgical implantation of intrathecal medication delivery systems and spinal stimulation devices. He continues to pursue additional training and education in the latest spine and pain management technology, and aims to provide the most innovative practices for his patients.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, running, playing golf, fantasy football and spending time with his family and friends.
