Nicole Megali was born and raised in Upstate New York. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Binghamton University. During this time, she also volunteered with two different ambulance services, where she began to hone her skills in delivering high quality, compassionate patient care.
Nicole worked in the field of OBGYN prior to attending PA school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Throughout her rotations is when she discovered her passion for diagnosing and treating patients with a variety of neurological disorders, specifically neuromuscular disorders such as ALS and myasthenia gravis. She completed a rotation at the Denver Neurological Clinic in Colorado to further supplement her clinical training. Nicole relocated to San Diego and joined The Neurology Center after becoming board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Outside of practicing medicine, she enjoys yoga, exploring new restaurants, listening to live music, and spending time with friends and family.
