Leslie Bishop was born in Washington but has lived locally in North San Diego County since she was a child. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2008 and had worked at Sharp Memorial Hospital and Palomar Medical Center, Escondido as a Registered Nurse for more than 10 years. She cared primarily for trauma and neurological patients through the span of her nursing career.
Leslie has a passion for patient care and decided to further her education in nursing in 2014. She earned a Master’s in Science of Nursing Degree with a focus as an Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2018 from Walden University and became board certified in September 2018 through the American Nurse’s Credentialing Center. She joined the Neurology Center of Southern California in December 2018. Leslie holds her Nurse Practitioner’s License through the Board of Registered Nursing in the state of California.
