Julienne Baugh was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from San Diego State University in December 2014. During her undergraduate years, she furthered her education by studying International Nursing at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Western Switzerland, which expanded her understanding of global healthcare systems.
Julienne began her career as an ICU nurse, specializing in adult critical care. Over the course of nine years, she worked in various high-pressure environments, refining her clinical skills and providing life-saving care to critically ill patients.
Motivated by her passion for healthcare, Julienne pursued a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner at Azusa Pacific University, completing her degree in July 2024. This advanced training enabled her to provide comprehensive, preventative care to individuals and families.
In her free time, Julienne enjoys dancing, exploring new restaurants, learning photography, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Julienne joined The Neurology Center in 2025. She is board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
