Jisoo Lee was born in South Korea but was primarily raised in the US, where she has lived both in upstate New York and San Diego. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from the University of California San Diego. After graduation, she joined The Neurology Center as a medical assistant, where she developed a passion for helping patients with neurological conditions.
Wanting to advance her role in patient care, she then attended Chapman University Physician Assistant Program where she received her Master of Medical Science degree. During clinical rotations in PA school, she was able to gain further experience in the field of neurology. She has since rejoined The Neurology Center, where she treats patients with a variety of neurological conditions with a special focus in movement disorders, seizure disorders, and headaches.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the California Board of Medicine.
In her free time, Jisoo enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, and discovering new restaurants.
